These include a failure of the product to turn on or off and/or to cycle through all speeds/functions, the product only partially functioning, displaying significant weakness or lack/loss of power, or having a tear, breakage or separation in its material. If there is a problem other than one of these, please contact us to discuss further.
Upon submission, you'll receive confirmation and replacement instructions. We'll replace with an identical or similar product based on availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products may be returned without packaging to reduce shipping expenses.
