ARE EVOLVED NOVELTIES SAFE?

ALL of our products are made from Non-Toxic materials. Additionally, all of our products are Phthalate-Free, Scent-Free, and Body Safe, as well as Latex-Free.

ARE EVOLVED NOVELTIES WATERPROOF?
Yes, all of our products are waterproof! Rest assured that our products are specifically designed with an airtight, waterproof seal, which allows for use in the shower or bath. To ensure that your toy can uphold its waterproof capabilities, please make sure to twist your cap on as tightly as possible to form its waterproof seal.

IS MY PRODUCT DEFECTIVE/WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?

All Evolved products, with the exception of the Vibratissimo Line, are covered by a limited 5-year warranty against material and mechanical defects. The Vibratissimo Line is covered by a limited 2-year warranty. These include a failure of the product to turn on or off and/or to cycle through all speeds/functions, the product only partially functioning, displaying significant weakness or lack/loss of power, or having a tear, breakage or separation in its material. If there is a problem other than one of these, please contact us to discuss further.

DO YOU HAVE A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?

Evolved products are covered by a warranty against defects only, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. We will not replace an Evolved product that is in full working order. We require defective items to be returned to us as a pre-requisite to receiving a replacement, therefore, we cannot replace a lost, stolen or otherwise missing product.

CAN I HAVE A MONEY REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY EVOLVED PRODUCT FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE ITEM AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE?

Under the Evolved warranty, we can replace your defective product with the same item, or a similar one should your item be out of stock or discontinued. We cannot provide a money refund or engage in a monetary transaction of any kind with a consumer. This is because we are manufacturer and not a retailer or a distributer.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO CONFIRM PRODUCT DEFECT BEFORE RETURNING IT?

Please ensure you use fresh batteries in your Evolved product and that they are aligned in the correct polarity. Please close the cap as tightly as possible. Our products are waterproof so the cap must be on very tight so that the proper seal and connection are made.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We ask that you return your defective item to us in order to receive a replacement. When you are ready to return the product, please visit our warranty submission page http://evolvednovelties.com/warranty/ and complete the warranty form. Once you fill out the form, you will receive a confirmation with further instructions on returning the product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to manufacturer. Evolved Novelties is not responsible for any lost or stolen products.

IF WE RECEIVE A PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT MANUFACTURED BY OUR BRAND, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE RETURN, WITH CUSTOMER PAYING ALL ASSOCIATED SHIPPING COSTS. HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY EVOLVED PRODUCT?

We recommend using fresh, brand name batteries with our products, and removing the batteries prior to storing the product so as to prevent the item from draining power from the batteries when not in use. We advise against alcohol for cleaning/sanitizing your item. Using alcohol or an incompatible lube may result in deterioration of the material. All Evolved massagers can be used with lubrication.  Water-based lube is compatible with all types of personal massagers and is easy to clean off your massager.  We suggest using System JO H20 silicone lubricant because it’s 100% pure, which is suitable for our silicone toys, also 100% pure. We recommend cleaning your Evolved product before AND after use, by wiping down the toy using a sanitizing cleaner, such as the Evolved Smart Cleaner, and warm water.

Evolved massagers are made from a few different body-safe materials, all of which can be cleaned as described above:

  • ABS Plastic, which allows for powerful vibrations, and is easy to clean.
  • TPR is a soft material, that’s also bendable and flexible, and should not be boiled. Please do not store two TPR toys together, as the material will react and the toys will “melt” onto each other. Oil-based lube is not recommended for products made from body-safe TPR.
  • Silicone massagers are made with Pure 100% Pharmaceutical grade Silicone.  They feel natural and most like human skin, plus can take the heat! Silicone lube should not be used with silicone toys, other than a pure silicone lube, such as the aforementioned System Jo formula.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER MY EVOLVED PRODUCT?

We do not require registration in order for warranty coverage to be in place. Should a problem such as any of those described above arise with your product, please visit our warranty submission page http://evolvednovelties.com/warranty/ and complete the warranty form in order to return your defective product for a replacement.

MY MASSAGER IS MISSING A PART, IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?

If a removable component to your Evolved massager (cap, battery holder) is missing or broken, we will send you a replacement. Please contact us with the following information – your name and shipping address, the type of product you have and the specific component, i.e. Bendable Flexem Touch Pink, battery compartment.

 

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE MY RECEIPT OR ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

We do not require original packaging to be returned in order to receive a replacement for an Evolved product, you can return your product without packaging in order to save on shipping costs. We do ask that you hold on to your receipt. If your product is displaying any of the problems described in the first paragraph, but you no longer have your receipt, please go ahead and submit your warranty claim for review on the warranty page: http://evolvednovelties.com/warranty/

I HAVE A RECHARGABLE PRODUCT AND I CAN’T FIND THE CHARGING PORT?

The charging port on Evolved Rechargeables is very small, like a pinprick, and may not look like the kind of charging input that you’re used to. Don’t worry, you will be able to easily insert the DC cord into the charging port. The port on the Devilish rabbit is on the back. If you have a Marilyn or a Wild Orchid, you will find it on the bottom. Once connected, the LED light on the front of the toy will blink red to let you know it’s charging and it will turn green when fully charged.
